Birdcages and roses.
I created these designs on adobe illustrator, inspired by the repeated, delicate circular patterns on doileys
and sent them through the laser cutter.
I used old papers and paper from music sheets.

I also laser cut shapes into fabric, and appliquéd them.
Doilies are so simply beautiful, I love the way you've added such interested by using the vintage sheet music - I've got a stack I picked up at a flea market and it's just so pretty. The laser cut fabrics look brilliant!
